Construction Survey Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee survey operations for multiple construction projects, including staff coordination and client communication
• Review and manage survey documents, layout plans, and technical deliverables
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and billing
• Lead quality control efforts and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 4 years in construction survey
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with vertical construction preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PLS certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documentation
• Comfortable using business and technical software
