Construction Survey Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee survey operations for multiple construction projects, including staff coordination and client communication
- Review and manage survey documents, layout plans, and technical deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and billing
- Lead quality control efforts and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 4 years in construction survey
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with vertical construction preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred; PLS certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documentation
- Comfortable using business and technical software
