SEM specialist

Freelance SEM Specialist (6 months)
Remote

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Google Ads and Search Ads 360 (SA360), particularly within high-volume, multi-location paid search environments.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to maintain campaign performance and ensure process consistency across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine campaign optimizations to meet SEM performance goals
• Manage weekly and bi-weekly budget updates
• Conduct weekly feed checks in Google Merchant Center
• Provide account support via SA360
• Submit monthly co-op claims
• Respond to store- and field-level ad hoc requests
• Collaborate using existing SOPs and documentation
• Work independently and manage updates with minimal oversight

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads/SA360); agency experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with Search Ads 360
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and dynamic feed setups is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for lean, part-time work
• Experience with automotive or multi-location accounts is a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
• Google Ads certification preferred
