ServiceNow Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review new applications and process improvements
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to define technical solutions
• Lead front-end development and support QA/testing efforts
• Administer and configure ServiceNow (CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows, etc.)
• Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting support
