Job Title: Associate Production Technician
Contract: Through 12/31/2025

Summary:

Supports the assembly, configuration, and testing of secure hardware/software systems. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking hands-on experience in a high-assurance manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test products per procedures
• Configure software per order specs
• Inspect materials and troubleshoot issues
• Operate and maintain test equipment
• Build and debug test boards/fixtures
• Support equipment setup and outbound shipments
• Follow safety protocols and assist with department operations

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical training
• 0-1 year experience; PCB programming a plus
• Basic electronics and mechanical aptitude
• Detail-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license
