Documentation Specialist

This is fully remote. Short term project.

Job description:

We are trying to find a temporary resource to clean up around 45 documents (Functional Design documents) written by OTC team (Sales execution and Global Trade Services). These documents need to be either converted to CSV ( Computer System Validation) complaint template or they need to be compared ( non-CSV version with CSV version) and reviewed for completeness and accuracy of the content. We estimated around 220 hours for this task to be completed. We do not have anyone in mind. I'd like your help in finding the right fit.

Below I am listing the experience/ skills needed that our CSV lead for Aurora project provided me with:

• Understanding of GPM /localization processes and how they impact documentation.
• Proficiency in document formatting tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity during conversion.
• Ability to analyze gaps in documentation and ensure completeness.

The resource does not need to have a knowledge of Computer System Validation as our CSV lead, or I can provide an overview.
