Overview:
We're hiring an experienced Tower Foreman to lead wireless tower construction and maintenance projects across Colorado. This role requires a minimum of 3 years in a Foreman/Lead position, with a strong background in managing crews, working with major carriers, and hands-on microwave system installation and alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of tower construction, upgrades, and maintenance
• Manage crew workflows and coordinate subcontractors.
• Perform and supervise microwave antenna installation, alignment, and testing
• Complete coax and fiber terminations; operate sweep testers and related RF tools
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety compliance
• Maintain job documentation and material inventory

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in wireless/tower industry, with 3+ years as a Foreman or Lead Tech
• Hands-on experience with microwave systems is required
• Experience with any major carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, etc.)
• Proficient with test equipment and basic computer software (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Certified in Fall Protection, Tower Climbing, and OSHA safety standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally as needed
