Position Overview: As a Data Analyst on the Sales Analytics team, you will support data quality assurance, revenue funnel analysis, and report/dashboard generation. Your role includes forecasting and tracking revenue metrics, optimizing funnel performance, aiding data-driven decisions, and addressing data gaps through analysis and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Funnel Analysis: Collaborate with Sales Ops and GTM teams to analyze lead-to-close conversion, sales velocity, and funnel leakage. Use historical trends and cohort analysis for optimization.
  • SQL Queries: Develop and execute custom SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Accuracy: Perform regular data quality checks and reconcile systems (e.g., Salesforce vs. finance systems). Resolve data discrepancies with relevant teams.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain automated and ad hoc dashboards using Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets. Translate business requirements into scalable reporting logic.
  • Data Gaps: Identify and address gaps in reporting coverage or logic. Propose enhancements to metrics definitions, data pipelines, or inputs.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of formulas, business rules, and data lineage. Uphold data governance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Data Validation: Experience in data validation and quality assurance.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel functions and tools.
  • SQL Expertise: Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
  • Tableau Skills: Expertise in creating visualizations and dashboards with Tableau.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and data management.
