Senior Change Manager - Business Transformation

Going through a transformation process to inegrate the Individual Marketplace line of business as a whole, reimagine our customer journey, optimize our internal processes and operating model and more - all for the benefit of our clients and colleagues. We will tackle complexity, find new ways of operating and bring our colleagues through change. It is challenging, exciting and important work.

Transforming Individual Marketplace means designing and implementing new ways of operating across the company. For our multi-year transformation program to succeed, every leader and colleague will - at some point - be asked to sign up for change. Contractors supporting Internal Communication and Change Management (ICCM) efforts will be involved in identifying and addressing barriers to change, defining communication needs and promoting colleague engagement.

Responsibilities

§ Manage transformation ICCM efforts in partnership with the ICCM lead for the broader business segment - with an eye toward the colleague experience, coordination of multiple change efforts and effectiveness/adoption across legacy company cultures.

§ Contribute ideas on how we can most effectively manage change and communicate with key internal audiences

§ Ensure communication and change activity aligns with ICCM's methods and broader global efforts (in regard to messaging, approach and sequencing)

§ Partner and collaborate effectively with relevant workstream leads and ICCM lead, raising change issues and risks and developing/executing on communication and change plans that fit into the overall program plan

§ Develop communication deliverables and change interventions targeted at various audiences, including business leaders, managers and colleagues

§ Manage program efforts to successful completion, leveraging other internal resources and vendors as appropriate

Requirements

§ Significant experience with large-scale, complex transformation efforts

§ Significant experience in corporate communication and change management or consulting

§ Exceptional client relationship, interpersonal and team skills

§ Excellent writing and editing skills

§ Aptitude to collaborate cross team, cross functionally and cross culturally

§ Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumen

§ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workload

§ Experience handling sensitive and confidential issues

§ Flexible worker with the ability to self-direct and regularly switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities

§ Aptitude to synthesize direction, navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders

§ Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and in an environment of continuous improvement, and manage stressful situations with calm and confidence

§ Diligent listening skills and succinct, focused written and verbal communication skills
