Description

Job Brief:
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Education team. In this role, you'll manage technical projects, ensuring their successful delivery. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll partner with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to drive project execution and delivery. Use your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Be a key

Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for technical projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Track project progress, monitor performance, and report status to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. Must Haves
5+ years of experience in technical project management, highly preferably in a SaaS environment
Must have experience mapping technical architecture for APIs operating under a headless CMS
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., JiRA, Confluence)- Technical Project Manager - Supplier Call
