Inside Sales Account Exec

General Summary:
With general supervision, identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, aiming to expand the customer base within an assigned territory and exceed established revenue goals.

Essential Functions:
Maintain current working knowledge on existing and new products and services and other general information to ensure accurate information is provided to current and prospective customers
Execute and develop creative sales strategies to contact net-new platform business leads and create sales opportunities
Execute and develop creative sales strategies to create upselling leads from current customer base
Create solid business relationships and build rapport with prospective customers
Collaborate with corresponding Sr Account Executives within territory and leverage appropriate partners, team, and colleagues to achieve results and ensure service levels and expectations are met
Provide general details and benefits of solutions to prospective customers
Maintain detailed and accurate records of current customer and potential customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce)

Job Specifications:
Typically has the following experience or abilities:
Three years sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to achieve the established product/sales learning curve to achieve sales/revenue goals
Intermediate level computer skills and ability to learn and master internal computer systems
Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibility
