Wholesale Support Team Manager

● Operational leader responsible for overseeing support of the wholesale team whose primary goal is to maximize sell-in through the use of sales tools
● Supports VP of Sales on all operational functions of sales team
● Responsible for hiring, training and managing the Wholesale Support Team
● Manage wholesale support team calendar and cadence of deliverables
○ Manage all calendar invites and attendees
○ Maintain and manage monthly sales team documents for sales calls
● Oversee sample management and tracking ensuring deliverables are hit and samples are returned and accounted for following end of season
● Manage all (GTM) go to market seasonal launches, including every asset needed to launch, on time delivery, and with weekly recaps to VP of sales and sales team on deliverables, tracking and etas

Seasonal Asset Execution:
● Oversees all cross-departmental communication on sample lines, and tracking fulfillment to prelines and sales conference
● Work with Wholesale Merchant to select seasonal styles and quantities of samples for sales conference
● Place seasonal sample PO for accounts after prebook window
● Manage and track sample costs to budget assumptions
● Seasonal Linesheets:
○ Enter creative linesheet needs in Asana, outlining:
■ Pagination
■ New bodies to highlight
○ Review all drafts of Linesheet for the above data accuracy, making note of all edits
○ Work with creative on updated digital linesheet with late adds/changes in season
● Responsible for asset consolidation for sales conferences.

Sales Tools & Retail Marketing Assets:
● Work with Creative to ensure seasonal PDP and editorial + lifestyle imagery is received on time
● Input creative requests from wholesale team into project management tool, asana
● Be the point of contact for all creation and updating of any sales tools internally and externally.

Tradeshow and Event Manager
● Fill out and submit contract for or all tradeshows
● Negotiate rate, placement and review/sign contracts
● Manage agenda of appointments and track attendance
● Work with Creative Team for all collateral (mailer, booth graphic, and accessories)
● Order booth equipment
● Budget out booth needs and make game time decisions when needed
● Show registrations, badges and submit exhibitor listing
● Manage and track tradeshow expenses to budget assumptions
● Set up and break down booth, along with team
● Order lunches for team during tradeshow
● Present management with an analysis of each show to determine profitability
● Suggest additional rep needed based on account/territory attendance of show and have numbers that support claims
B2B Tools
● Manage relationship with CSM at JOOR/NuOrder and meet regularly with VP of Sales to ensure tool is being optimized
● Oversee weekly and seasonal execution of NuOrder and Joor B2B tools executed by Wholesale Strategic Support team member
● Troubleshoot any issues that arise on our B2B platform and address in a timely manner
