Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our Epic Applications team with a focus on Revenue Cycle projects. The role will involve working on critical, high-visibility projects with executive leadership oversight. You will be responsible for Epic build, testing, and optimization, as well as providing support to ensure smooth operations across ongoing projects, tickets, and enhancements. This is a critical role aimed at relieving the current team, which is managing a high volume of work due to vacancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Epic Systems, specifically focused on the Revenue Cycle module.
  • Epic Certification in one or more Revenue Cycle modules (such as Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, or others) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic build and configuration processes, testing, and optimization techniques.
  • Proven ability to work on high-impact, time-sensitive projects with executive visibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in healthcare IT and understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes preferred.
