We are currently looking to hire Computer Technicians and/or Entry Level candidates that have a fundamental understanding and/or hands on experience troubleshooting computer hardware. As a computer technician you must be well-versed in computer systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work diligently and accurately and will possess a great problem-solving ability in order to fix issues and ensure functionality.

Job Duties:

  • Diagnose and repair failures with computer / server hardware
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and capability to get the IP address from the network card, ifconfig, ipconfig, etc.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware components such as: RAM, CPU, Network Cards (NIC), Motherboard, PSU, etc.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the use of test and measurement equipment.
  • Work as a team member to achieve Diagnostic departments process yield goals.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Training will be provided

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Cert, etc) and/or an IT related degree (Associates or Bachelors) is a huge plus
  • Thorough knowledge of computer hardware components (building / troubleshooting / etc)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Very good communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
  • Work experience as a computer technician and/or computer building hobbyist
