Job Summary:
We are seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to oversee and manage telecom construction projects, including Outside Plant (OSP), backbone, Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), and underground/aerial deployments. This role will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a proven track record in managing diverse telecom construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage telecom construction projects in the Chandler/Phoenix, AZ market and surrounding areas.
• Supervise OSP construction activities, including underground and aerial fiber installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and change orders.
• Travel to project sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecom construction management, including OSP, backbone, FTTH, and underground/aerial projects.
• Familiarity with construction processes, permitting, and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet project needs.
