Overview:
The Tower Foreman is a leadership role responsible for managing tower construction and maintenance projects. This position requires significant experience and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of tower construction, modification, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors such as crane operators, electricians, and concrete workers.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coaxial cable terminations and operating testing equipment.
• Identify and procure necessary materials and resources for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in the telecommunications/wireless industry.
• Proven experience oveerseeing teams and subcontractors.
• Strong technical skills, including expertise with electronic test equipment and computer programs (Word, Excel).
• Certification in Climbing/Fall Protection and OSHA Safety required.
• Must have a valid CDL or ability to obtain one, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
