Field Performance Advisor (FPA)
Fort Wayne, IN
Pay: 50-55/hr
Responsibilities:
- Drive optimal performance and continuous improvement among Suppliers through regular site visits.
- Review and analyze site performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to Suppliers and Territory Director.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and ensure real-time discrepancies are corrected.
- Plan site and supplier visits strategically to achieve key targets and drive market performance.
- Collaborate with Senior CM & PM teams to support on-site requests and project completion.
- Develop process improvements for Suppliers' site construction processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
- Collect and report on supplier performance data to support business cases for new features or changes.
- Build strong relationships with Suppliers to foster continuous improvement and two-way feedback.
- Ensure Suppliers understand and adhere to processes, methods, and tools.
- Continuously improve and provide feedback on information and training for delivery performance.
- Support quarterly Supplier business reviews and report on field findings and recommendations.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant work/industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes and procedures.
- Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers.
- Knowledge of construction and quality standards.
- Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and ancillary personnel.
- Strong knowledge of contracts and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers.
- Experience leading or influencing teams.
- Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations.
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour course for telecommunications industry.
