Field Performance Advisor (FPA)

Allentown, PA

Pay: 50-55/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Drive optimal performance and continuous improvement among Suppliers through regular site visits.
  • Review and analyze site performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to Suppliers and Territory Director.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and ensure real-time discrepancies are corrected.
  • Plan site and supplier visits strategically to achieve key targets and drive market performance.
  • Collaborate with Senior CM & PM teams to support on-site requests and project completion.
  • Develop process improvements for Suppliers' site construction processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Collect and report on supplier performance data to support business cases for new features or changes.
  • Build strong relationships with Suppliers to foster continuous improvement and two-way feedback.
  • Ensure Suppliers understand and adhere to processes, methods, and tools.
  • Continuously improve and provide feedback on information and training for delivery performance.
  • Support quarterly Supplier business reviews and report on field findings and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant work/industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.
  • Strong knowledge of general construction processes and procedures.
  • Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers.
  • Knowledge of construction and quality standards.
  • Ability to interface with customers, property owners, and ancillary personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Experience leading or influencing teams.
  • Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour course for telecommunications industry.
