Field Manager (DAS) - South FL


We are a top U.S. integrator and managed service provider for enterprise cellular networks, specializing in DAS, Small Cells, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks. We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to join our South Florida team. As a team member, you will oversee the construction and implementation of wireless in-building networks. Your essential attributes should include leadership, problem-solving skills, perseverance, and a robust eagerness to master the technical aspects and RF elements of the DAS industry.


  • 2+ years of field management experience with a strong technical background in Telecommunications.
  • Customer-facing project management experience
  • Hands-on DAS experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications and/or Wireless Project Management
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents.
  • Ability to define and track project financials.
  • Ability to interpret and create project schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)


  • Understanding the logistics of Materials needed, both ordering and inventory control
  • Driving and tracking Project Schedules and understanding budget targets
  • Assist with change orders should they be needed
  • Introduction to DAS systems commissioning & optimization practices.
  • Assisting with site surveys / data collection and produce bid documents on small to medium projects
  • Assisting with Closeout document data collection and package completion
  • Customer Service while on the job site
  • Weekly Reports/Updates and timecard approvals
  • Ability to lead install team stringing coax and fiber cable to include cable termination
  • Proficient with PIM & Sweep Testing of both Coax & Fiber
  • Competent with Fusion splicing and fiber optic testing practices
  • Proficiency at operation and understanding of all functions of test equipment, including RF, cable, and fiber test gear.
  • Trouble shooting all systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Learning all major carrier's frequency band, protocols and terminology.
  • Learning to read the iBwave Design documentation (Blueprints) and understanding the different installation components.
  • Possess a working level of building code knowledge to be able to do a fully compliant installation.
