Recruiter Trainer for a Medical Office - Spanish Speaking!

Onsite in Palo Alto.

A recruiter - trainer is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for our company, sourcing and reaching out to talent, ensuring they're a good fit for the company, as well as training them at the time of incorporation into their routine work, safety basic aspects, and work procedures.


Duties and responsibilities
- Determining staffing needs with the help of the management board.

- Creating a recruitment strategy with the help of the management board.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screening resumes.

- Coordinating and performing interviews.
- Conducting company assessments.
- Finding the best candidates.
- Challenging biases.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management board.
- Attend job fairs and hiring events.
- Communicating necessary information to candidates
- Managing background and reference check in coordination with Human Resources
- Tracking staffing information.
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
- Track and compile training collected data.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Communicate training needs and online resources.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
- Test and review created materials.
- Maintain a database of all training materials.
- Instruct employee training and onboarding.
- Conduct training through new materials.

BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an

- Two (2) years' previous experience as a Recruiter - Trainer, corporate training specialist,
or related position.
