Senior Customer Experience Services Consultant
About the Opportunity:

A leading global provider of communications solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Customer Experience Services Consultant to join their team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for Avaya deployment. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Avaya solutions and proven track record of success in complex technical environments to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

The Role:

  • Partner with the client, internal teams, and third-party vendors to define and execute a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with the client's specific needs and Avaya architecture.
  • Develop detailed test plans and procedures encompassing all aspects of the Avaya deployment, including functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Lead the execution of testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze test results, identify, and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to the client throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Avaya technologies and industry trends, continuously improving your technical expertise.

Key Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship and a Top-Secret security clearance with a full scope polygraph are mandatory.
  • 5+ years in designing, implementing, and testing complex Avaya deployments for global environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Avaya architecture, including Communication Manager (CM), Session Manager, System Manager, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and Avaya's Contact Center portfolio.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Avaya's product portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
