Robotics Deployment Manager

* Support the Product Launch Manager in defining and executing product launch plans, providing liaison and coordination activities with Fulfillment and Sort Center personnel.
* Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new systems under test.
* Coordinate internal staff for new product introduction while on-site. This includes system delivery, install, initial checkout, and data collection.
* Partner with Program Managers and Development Leads to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain launch plans in a dynamic work environment.
* Capture and synthesize the Voice of the Customer (VoC) for all new product introductions and leverage this information to prioritize system defects and lead the triage efforts with product development.
* Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners.
* Assist the training manager in organizing, delivering and improving the relevant product training materials.
* Support cross functional launch retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned into future launch plans.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field (Engineering/Mathematics/Science)
* 2+ years of Operations Engineering or Management experience preferably within a Fulfillment Center, or similar e-Commerce Distribution center
* 2+ years of Project/Program Management experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of warehouse fulfillment operations and logistics.
* Track record for delivering complex technology product launches with aggressive schedules and scarce resources.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals.
* Track record for working effectively with a cross functional team of peers.
