After nearly a decade as their Tech RPO partner, and post a competitive RFP process, Lorien was subsequently awarded all experienced hire permanent recruitment (up to and including manager level) across the firm. Lorien is now the single, holistic multi-discipline RPO partner for this customer.
The client decided to consolidate their Tech and Non-Tech RPO suppliers and appoint a single RPO partner across the firm in order to benefit from the consistency of service, and brand messaging that comes through engaging with a single partner. Since this service went live we have significantly scaled up and down the dedicated Lorien Account team in response to a peaks and troughs in new requirements. We provide continuous improvement via key recruitment metrics and reporting to ensure the service is performing optimally, as well as hiring manager packs designed to simplify and explain the hiring process.
We also created candidate packs aimed at showcasing the client’s brand and what they can offer prospective candidates in terms of career progression and development which enables us to attract niche candidates. Lorien has been able to work with the client to significantly shift the dial against their diversity hiring targets. To this day, we continue to work in partnership with the client to offer continuous improvement and innovative sourcing solutions as our service evolves.
