We invest a lot in the training and career development of our people. Our resources include a learning management system with over 1,200 online courses, a dedicated Performance and Development Business Partner, mentorships and apprenticeships, partnerships, Virtuoso management training, and the ‘Initiate’, ‘Enhance’ and ‘Inspire’ training collections which provide our people with on-demand, customisable learning according to level, skill and need.

We’re also passionate about developing rising stars. Our quarterly Lorien Academy – an accelerated course for early talent on recruitment best practice – provides those just starting out with fantastic career prospects, with 85% of students continuing their career with Lorien afterwards. After a year with the business, Lorien will sponsor new starters to take the industry-recognised REC CERTRP L3 qualification through our accredited delivery centre.
