Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner for a brand new MSP customer. This is a 1st generation MSP solution. You will be working for a global client situated in Watford. Lorien provides clients with strategic recruitment solutions such as RPO / MSP / MV to support all aspects of its recruitment activity. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment 'best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs.
This is a brand new MSP customer and as a result Lorien will be recruiting at a variety of different levels, but that first appointment is that all important vital role that we need and start to build a team around. As a result, this opportunity would suit an established, experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who has that exposure to implementing process and streamline recruitment activity for the client.
Working with a brand new Lorien MSP customer account and acting as our customer's representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. You will act as a bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders and Lorien's delivery team and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies for all contract delivery across all corporate functions.
This is a first generation MSP solution. The client are a global business where Lorien manage the MSP. With direct client access, good volume and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.
Being that first person on client site you will play an important part in getting things off the ground and putting in place various different processes and procedures. You will play an integral part in implementing and rolling out a brand new VMS system (Vendor Management System) for both the client and supply chain.
Ideally recruiters who have come from an IT / Tech background and understand contract recruitment will have a distinct advantage due to the nature of the client and the sector they work in. However you will have to deliver in to other corporate functions (as well as IT / Tech) for this client - such as; Marketing / Customer Service / Finance / Buying & Merchandising too.
The role of an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner:
- Proficient in full life cycle contract IT recruitment delivery.
- Qualify technical job specifications with line management.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client and communicate the benefits of MSP solutions.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice.
- Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition.
- Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction.
- Identify commercial opportunities for the MSP to develop the service portfolio.
- 3rd party management (supplier / vendor management and consolidation)
Being the "first person" on client site and implementing all these new changes and processes for the client, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate and give examples of similar experiences reflecting the challenges and processes of previous campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone to take complete ownership and develop a brand new MSP solution. Typically strong skills and experience in vendor management, relationship management and senior stakeholder management will be required.
