Procurement Consultant within HR / Training / L & D - 6 month FTC - £30K-£44K - can be based anywhere in the UK
Our client is one of the leading Financial Services organisations in the UK, currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to work within People Growth and Performance. Working as part of their wider People and Culture Community, this role is based in the "home" team of Learning and Skills. You'll work as part of a small team working to drive efficiencies and build a strategy which supports the reduction in the organisation's costs associated with external training and coaching spend.
This will involve:
You'll help to identify the people development needs we need to succeed into the future that require the support of partner suppliers and enable a continuous learning culture through the activity you deliver.
Working flexibly, joining face to face where necessary, you'll work using both virtual and agile ways of working. As part of a Squad, you'll attend daily stand ups and scrum events to drive efficiencies and deliver at pace.
You may also support wider initiatives by being a member of an "away" team so that people with the right expertise work on the right activity at the right time.
To be successful in this role you will hold previous procurement experience as well as the following:
