Senior UX Designer

The ideal candidate will play a major role in communicating technically complex information about the enterprise
email design system for designers, developers, and other end-users. You will also serve as a key partner for cross-functional teams, crafting a best-in-class text-based strategy that works in concert with our transactional emails to
guide customers through an intuitive and easy-to-use experience.

• You have formal training or real-world experience in digital product design and development or a related field, and have 4+ years of experience writing or editing content for web and email, including design standards, documentation, and principles that will be used in technical communication. (Prior retail experience strongly preferred).
• Collaborate with designers, product management, and engineering team to define the best-in-class customer experience and champion customer-centric journeys.
• Work closely with designers and developers to understand how a solution will be developed in the design system and translate it into written documentation for both teams
• Research, write, revise, and edit high-quality and user-friendly documentation for the enterprise email design system (processes, patterns, components, etc.)
• Evaluate the usability of existing processes and flows and make thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
