Service Desk Analyst 3 Month Initial Contract Ayrshire
Our Public Sector client is looking to bring in a Service Desk Analyst to join on a contract basis out of the Ayrshire office. Starting at the beginning of January on an initial 3-month contract.
Candidates are expected to have the following essential skills:
- 1st line technical telephone support using various remote access tools
- Customer Service
- Help desk experience
- Teamwork
- Communications and Engagement
- Self-Awareness
- IT experience
