IT Procurement Officer - Inside IR35 - 6-month Contract - Immediate Start

Lorien is currently looking for a Procurement Officer to join a large client of ours based in Glasgow. The business has experienced significant growth in the past couple of months and is looking to fill this key position in its IT Procurement function.

In this role, you will be working as part of the team who looks after the sourcing of IT Services, Software and SaaS (Cloud).

To be the right for candidates you will have experience working for a company in the utilities sector (beneficial) and also:

• You will have a strong knowledge of IT markets (particularly in running tender activities)
• Experience of working with IT suppliers
• Strong Stakeholder & Supplier management
• Proficient in IT contract knowledge
