EUC Engineer

End User Computing - Engineer

Contract Role

Day Rate: £500+

I am dealing with an international Law firm, on completely a business-critical hire for their Microsoft EUC team. The EUC Engineer role will be part of the EUC Team whose primary function is to support, maintain, develop, and deploy new and existing technology that maintain and support the EUC environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing, owning, and resolving incidents, requests, or problems within the EUC Team support queue.
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for systems and services supported by the EUC Team.
• Ensure all related governance activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Manage the environment via a combination of proactive monitoring, health-checks, and risk assessments to ensure the security, resilience, stability, and consistency of the business as usual environment.
• Working closely with the change teams as subject matter expert in your discipline you will be expected to actively contribute to discussions on current issues and the future strategic direction for enterprise EUC services.
• Continuously seek to improve and develop our EUC service and security management, patch management and configuration processes.
