Our client is looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London based team on a 12 month contract.
Role:
You will partner with your business areas as the recruitment expert. You will manage the recruitment experience from pipe lining and request approval through to verbal offer, with a focus on direct sourcing. Typically these roles are across finance, corporate functions, marketing, analytics and customer.
Key skills:
- Must have Asset Management experience
- Management of stakeholders is key, experience in this field with senior managers in a financial service company is essential
- Role will consist of 40% managing stakeholders, updating systems, managing admin/MI and then 60% of actual sourcing
- Will know LinkedIn well, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Will have excellent communication skills and be well presented
- Will be able to work to SLA's ( Service Level's ).
- Happy to operate in a fast paced environment
- Able to shortlist candidates and present to manager's.
- Will set up interviews
