Hybrid Working Model

This role will play an integral part in the development of the Commercial department to enact an empowered, effective and successful model to take propositions to Market. We are looking for an established and motivated individual who can bring to life our vision for the Commercial department. This role will partner with all areas of the Profiles division to role model and bring to life true collaboration. This is a highly networked role that requires a candidate that has the passion and ability to cut through ways of working to facilitate the creation of a best practice environment in a highly competitive industry.

Purpose of the role

  • Provide project management for Key Client Onboarding from the proposal stage
  • Advise on research design, including questionnaire design and data queries
  • Management of commercial suppliers / partners
  • Make recommendations and work closely with Marketing department on relevant propositions and collateral to share with clients
  • Be an integral part of collaboration between departments when designing bids to ensure we are proposing the best possible solution for a potential client that also works for the business.
  • Ensure seamless workflow processes are implemented and embedded within departments
  • Work to successfully onboard new key clients to ensure delivery to a high standard and pace
  • Assist with the delivery of the Commercial Strategy on behalf of new products or new version releases yet to be developed alongside internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert advice and proposal support throughout the process
  • Working closely with the Account Directors to ensure that proposals set are manageable for the business to onboard and continuously work on and support to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that client questions are answered in a timely fashion, leaning on other departments as necessary
  • Proactively seeking new methodologies, tools and innovations to deliver client service in different ways
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure market intelligence, local knowledge and operational expertise are in the thought process of all Commercial colleagues every day
  • Proactively looking to enhance the commercial strategy, by collaborating with other departments.
  • You will contribute towards special projects on an ad hoc basis.
  • Actively contribute to delivery of overall financial targets and business performance.
  • Challenge the business to continuously reviews ways of working to bring efficiencies

Candidate Profile / Knowledge and skills required:

Essential:

  • Research Design experience
  • Project management background
  • Demonstrable experience in proactively delivering projects successfully
  • Track record in onboarding clients successfully into an environment that makes it easy for the client to receive support from us.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record in establishing effective working relationships and stakeholders at all levels internally.
  • The drive to deliver excellent end to end client service

Desirable:

  • Ability to see long term goals and work tirelessly to get there
  • Able to break down projects into manageable tasks, create project teams and leverage the experience and abilities of these individuals to complete projects against a set criteria
  • Experience of contributing to kick-off/strategy meetings and proposition development, advising on messaging and content of proposal documents including design and production. As well as planning and coaching on presentation preparation and rehearsals, and support and guidance on post decision reviews.
  • Operated in complex matrixed environment of similar size and scale
  • Passionate about transformation of digital technology
  • Experience in a similar industry
