Scrum Master - 12 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Remote

Are you a Scrum Master looking for their new challenge?

My global client is looking for someone to join them on a daily rate contract basis, for initially 12 months.

In this position, you will be leading a Kanban Team, using the SAFe methodology/framework and some of your responsibilities will include:

• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Agile Methodologies
• Motivates team and helps find areas for continuous improvement
• Leads cross-functional development team(s) in an agile setting
• Participates in and leads scrum ceremonies
• Coaches and mentors team on agile ways of working
• Manages dependencies internal and external to scrum team
