
Technology Service Manager
Working with a Financial Services organisation to work alongside a procurement environment to manage the service delivery of external partners
The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:
- Accountable for ensuring controls around Service & risk with joint accountability with the Collaboration partners for quality.
- Monitor SLA and performance monitoring at Supplier Level, at least quarterly.
- SLAs/KPIS consistently achieved.
- Service escalations - significant issues only and/or issues that are relationship wide.
- Drives continuous improvement across service (and risk) through proactive management.
- Validation on supplier criticality on Coupa
- Oversight of SM adherence to TPRM policy.
- Supply chain risk - 4th party management.
- Joint collaboration on sustainable solutions.
- Review of sustainability measures/goals
- Supplier Review Meetings to incorporate joint Scorecard evaluations.
- Drives continuous improvement across service (and risk) through proactive management.
