Change Manager - People Change Initiative

Role Purpose:

The Change Manager will play a key role in supporting the flexible talent programme. Partnering with the Managed Services Provider, the role will need to collaborate across geographies and functions to plan, design and execute global change activities that can be adapted for the local context of the countries.

Acting within a change management framework, the responsibilities of this role will be on creating and implementing change management and communication activities that maximize employee adoption and usage of the new way of working and the technology.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

  • A solid understanding of how people live through a change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Project management skills
  • Experience of co-ordinating the localisation of global materials e.g. translation
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Ability to work in partnership with the new external Managed Services Provider
