I am currently working with a large data/analytics consultancy who are going through major transformation to their HR systems, processes and products.

They need a contract HR Projects Manager to run until the end of 2022 to work on their key initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supports the Interim & Perm CPOs with Transition project activity.
• From larger to smaller activities. Incl OH /Risk assessment critical elements, service replications such as immigration, OH, projects with HRBPs, new intranet project ,etc.
• Work with HRBPs on projects.
• Change, comms support as needed.
• Potential future org design and structure projects.
