Delivery Lead - UX / User Experience - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global brand, are currently looking to hire a User Experience Lead to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working, with the office based in Soho, London.

You will be joining a project with an aim of allowing the client to obtain richer insights, which will inform faster and more timely actions.

This project will simplify and speed up the performance management decision making process, creating alignment and integration on performance and targets within functions, and for the wider organisation.

Project Deliverables:

• Standardised KPIs, including definitions and hierarchies.
• Consistent User experience.
• Advanced analytics to enable cross functional decision making.
• Cultural change to enable an integrated data driven approach to performance management.
• New Data and Metrics Capability
