Lorien's Banking client are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join the expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to dive a culture of continuous improvement in our Transformation programme
You'll make sure that your team lives by the values of Scrum, empowering them to become high performing to increase the productivity, transparency, frequency, and quality of delivery

What You'll Do
This role will see you coaching and guiding your team to perform at their highest level and at a sustainable pace. You'll remove any impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, protect the team from outside influences or distractions and work with the our work streams to make sure backlog items are in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
You'll make sure your team understands Agile practices, the Scrum framework and its values, and how to deliver a number of people focused initiatives to satisfy business requirements and react to their needs quickly. As such, you'll transform your team to become self-organising to reduce management overhead costs, and bring it to a high level of Agile maturity.

The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience of successful Scrum adoption. You'll need good experience of coaching others in Agile practices, facilitating Agile ceremonies/events and gaining engagement from the programme team and stakeholders. You'll also need experience and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
