Organizational Change Management Project Manager

Salary: £550-650 Outside IR35, depending on experience

Location: 100% remote. Or, luxury office if preferred

The client

Leading, global, Cyber Security SaaS business. Millions of customers worldwide. Searching for a OCM PM to lead the organisational change management workstream within the business's transformation program.

The success supplier will work alongside the internal program, to execute on the approved strategy and plan, to ensure that business users and external stakeholders are ready for the lead to cash solution go live.

Your responsibilities

• Create detailed project plan for the organisational change
• Manage dependencies within the workstream and between OCM and other workstreams
• Identify, manage and/or escalate risks and issues
• Oversee the day-to-day aspects of projects regarding scope, schedule, resources and budget
• Document and communicate status, issues, and risks
• Serve as the first point of escalation for the project team

Your experience

• Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Experience of tailoring organisational change management to major programmes
• Track record of leading change management projects as part of a large complex program
• Experience working on a lead to cash programme will be a bonus
