1st Line Service Desk Engineer - 12 Month Contract
Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join on a 12 month initial contract.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Working on a Technical Service Desk supporting 10,000 - 20,000 users.
- Engineers have access to remote Support tools.
- Engineers need to be aware of how to troubleshoot Network Issues.
- Familiar with MS Office 365 & MS Teams and have an understanding of issues and how to resolve.
