Major Incident Manager - FinTech

My client is an innovative financial technology business who are rapidly scaling both in the UK and in to new markets.

They are embarking on a huge transformation and are in the process of hiring a number of candidates within client operations and support.

They need someone with experience, ideally, within a multi-client, multi-vendor organisation.

What you be doing:

    • Take full responsibility for all P1 incidents which require a MIM wraparound. Ensuring the issue of accurate and timely communications both internally and externally.
    • Effectively collaborate across resolver groups, consisting of both in-house support teams and third-party vendors, as the Key Escalation Point driving forward the successful restoration of service.
    • Liaise directly with individual clients, ensuring they are kept well-informed of incident progress, and next steps, and be the face of the business during potential crisis situations.
