Procurement Administrator

This Procurement Administrator role will work as a contractor in a Financial Services Organisation working on supplier performance management, procurement trend analysis, spend reporting, category level analytics etc..

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Support and maintain system accessibility and access control (SAP Security, Robot control)
  • Managing key cost systems and ensuring they are reflective of cost incurred and committed
  • Produce appropriate documentation for the management, which will support oversight of governance
  • Leverage existing & new tools to develop detailed opportunity assessments within defined categories.
  • Supports the delivery of spend analytics to identify compliance with spend policies and any associated process leakage.

The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:

  • Looking for someone who has knowledge of Procurement Processes
  • Supporting teams with admin tasks around the procurement process
  • Good communication skills supporting Stakeholders
