Learning and Development Manager - Inside IR35 - Edinburgh
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh. You will be involved with leading, managing and developing the L&D team members and providing direction, work in partnership with the team to review objectives and equip the team to deliver through regular performance and development discussions. You will also be responsible for leading the implementation of the L&D objectives which are aligned to the People Strategy, developing and reporting on delivery plans that are aligned tothese organisational requirements which include Leadership, Management and Colleague development
