Project Manager - 3 Months - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - Swindon (2 days remote)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a dynamic team for a innovative client in the retail industry.

As a Project Manager you will report to the Programme Managers, working within the Planning & Operations team, based in Malmesbury.

The project manager will be responsible for delivering large scale global projects focused on New Product Development (NPD) launches and bespoke campaigns. Coverage will span from initial brief through to final delivery, managing all the project through our internal processes and governance milestones. The role requires experience of managing medium to large scale projects and will work closely with our in house creative and production teams to bring our products to market.

Your team/department

The publishing department writes content and develops experiences to build trust and ongoing relationships with our users across an array of brands for different audiences. We're looking for a Product Manager to work with our Publishing Managing Director to define and deliver a vision for success for our brands that is ever more customer centric.

With multiple engineering teams, editors, CRO and other team members you will grow the Publishing department portfolio's traffic and revenue. Product Manager would lead the creation and communication of the product strategy, aligned to the Publishing department vision. You will establish and deliver a road-map to simplify the way we serve content and improve our ability to discover, test and build new tools, experiences and interfaces that can be easily used across our portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • To provide end to end management of project, supported with detailed timelines, giving stakeholders the visibility of plans and progress against them.
  • To own the project budget and resourcing.
  • To communicate clearly and regularly with all project stakeholders and senior members of the team.
  • To manage project risk and issues, escalating where appropriate to Programme Manager.
  • To partner with our commercial marketing team to deliver against the strategic direction set.
  • To collaborate closely with all in-house production teams (film/content/TV/imagery), keeping them up to date with appropriate information.
  • To work closely with our Technical Project Manager to ensure that all claims and legal requirements are approved within schedule.
