Lead Business Systems Analyst - Compliance (Intapp)

• Circa £80-90k + package
• Fully remote or hybrid
• London based offices

Our client, a leading international law firm, are looking for a Business Systems Lead to come and join their Global Compliance team. The team supports the firm's business and professional services business.

It is a new role in the business, supporting the Head of Compliance in the strategic enhancement of the Compliance system using Intapp Open and Intapp Flow. You'll be looking at policies, processes and controls, identifying opportunities for better compliance, improved efficiency and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support of Intapp (BAU)
• Act as the key point of contact for technology and the business
• Ensure system changes follow internal IT governance processes
• Provide clear analytics and insights to support strategic decision making
• Manage the Compliance change roadmap
• Provide periodic progress reports to leaders in the Compliance division
• Work with the development team, ensuring Intapp developments are executed correctly and within agreed time frames

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years' experience in an international compliance function role, ideally within a law firm or financial services environment
• Background focused on AML and conflicts
• Advanced knowledge of Intapp Open and InTapp Flow
• Experience applying a risk-based approach to compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
