Architectural Technician - 12 Months Contract - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our global retail client is currently looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team on a 12-months contract basis. In this role, you will manage in-country external Architects & Consultants and oversee the construction design layouts for all new retail stores from feasibility stage to Board Approval, Exchange of Contracts, through to shop fit-out and store opening.

If you are an Architectural Technician with experience in retail construction, interior design and architecture environment and possess the following skills:

• Architectural Qualification, Project Management or Tenant co-ordinator role for a major retail roll-out programme.
• Experience in collaborating with large Landlord, construction teams.
• Autodesk Autocad Architecture with Revit experience, Adobe CS and Photoshop.
• Good understanding practice of industry standards on fire certificate procedures and building regulation/permits/warrants.
