Change Communication Specialist

Our retail client is looking for a Communication Specialist to support comms on a large scale change and transformation programme.

• Strong internal communication and employee engagement skills.
• Proven and extensive experience in successfully delivering complex change programmes.
• Ability to develop creative strategies and deliver against supporting plans.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience as a trusted advisor at senior level.
• Ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels.
• Courage and determination to challenge current practices and manage resistance, while maintaining effective relationships.
• Confidence and ability to work in ambiguous work environments.
• Independent, creative and objective thinker.
• Results and impact oriented with business value focus.
• Must be resilient and able to adapt quickly into a new environment.
