The security team are seeking a Security Education and Awareness Communicator. Acting as an integral part of the team creating and sustaining a strong security culture by delivering security awareness programme activities and key security messages to colleagues.Key accountabilities *Creating thematic and reactive colleague engagement and delivery plans. *Deliver training through live engage and learn sessions, to provide security education and awareness to colleagues. *Collaborate with the wider info sec team to understand the latest risks and threats and communicate them to colleagues where appropriate. *Designing and developing high quality training courses for high-risk user groups and deliver training to said user groups. *Report insights found in behavioural and communications metrics, to demonstrate and understand the impact of training methods on security culture. *Development and maintenance of the internal intranet security pages. An opportunity to create an interactive global security hub for colleagues. *Support with the implementation and lead a global Security Champions network - A network of colleagues interested in security. *Actively promote and grow the security brand internally though events and messaging. *Supporting with the delivery of key strategic security awareness goals set out for 2022 and beyond. Professional skills *Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. With the ability to create high quality and engaging communications (across various media) to influence behaviours. *The ability to clearly communicate technical content and/or context to non-technical colleagues at all levels. *Experience in managing projects and strong personal organisation. Managing your workload and being able to juggle daily activities whilst prioritising tasks. *Self-motivated and passionate attitude to your work, with a clear focus on delivering solutions. *Effective stakeholder management and able to influence colleagues at all levels. *Able to build and maintain relationships and collaborate with the wider support teams. *Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint. Desirable *Experience working in the information security industry a plus. *Interest in security, including the threats the business face from cyber criminals. *Knowledge or experience working in a Marketing industry desirable, but not essential. Project Management experience.
