Change and Communications Manager/Specialist Inside IR35 6-12 months contract Hybrid (Reading 3 Days a week onsite) We are working with a Global Medical Technology Company on a live programme focusing on successful delivery of the change and comms elements. They are looking to recruit a Change and Communications Manager/Specialist with MS Dynamics 365 CRM experience. Please note that if successful this contract will need to be set-up as Umbrella/PAYE. The successful person will be responsible for creating and managing the change and comms plan and supporting the Workstream Leads local markets and any external partners through detailed planning and control, to ensure deadlines are met and change gaps are addressed successfully. This includes identifying risks, issues, actions, interdependencies and constraints, and tracking each of the these through to closure. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete the change gap assessment with each market in scope.
  • Create the change and comms plan with actions that will drive engagement
  • Create actionable deliverables for the key change management levers of: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, and resistance management plan
  • Apply a change management process and tools methodology to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes
  • Design, develop and deliver communications in line with the needs of the business area and the objectives of the overall programme
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the business units on the changes
  • Recommend organisational design changes to maximise adoption where appropriate
  • Identify potential changes to roles and responsibilities where appropriate
  • Integrate change management activities into the Workstream Leads project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Must have

  • Previous experience of working with sales team in a change programme
  • Be familiar with the language of CRM - MS Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential
  • Previously evidence of delivering new ways of working in a commercial Sales environment
  • A solid understanding of how sales people go through a change process and likely resistance
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Evidence of running internal comms campaigns
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and across different timezones
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
