Tools & Reporting Analyst to work within a Digital Transformation Team for a global insurance firm. The team provides the architecture and the delivery skills and resources required to support business outcomes. The Agile Portfolio Office portfolio management services across the delivery teams, in line with its mission to "support and empower change portfolio decision making and delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as design authority and lead on all portfolio management tools e.g., PPMAnywhere, JIRA, CCT, SharePoint, PowerBI etc
  • Produce and drive quality & efficiencies in production of management information across the portfolio
  • Maintain a central repository of all processes, templates for use across Digital Transformation
  • Own Records Management for Digital Transformation
  • * Experience within portfolio management / PMO / change & transformation
  • Advanced knowledge of & experience with of industry-standard portfolio management tools such as PPM Anywhere, Primavera p6, Servicenow, Planview, Mural etc
  • Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
  • Understanding of Agile mindsets, concepts, processes, and procedures, especially as relate to portfolio management.
  • Skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising and engaging at all levels internally and externally with vendors and suppliers
  • Experience managing relationships and influencing at the functional leadership level.
