HR Admin/Support
PAYE contract Hybrid working - minimum one day a week in the Leeds office
The ideal candidate we are looking for has previous experience in a administrator role. You will be involved in general Admin tasks, spreadsheets Checking data, supporting data, tracking, using HR System, email system, responding queries.
Key Responsibilities
- checking data and collating information from our electronic filing system
- maintain reporting data
- support with letter generation
- tracking and monitoring data returns
Skills Required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT Skills with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- organised approach to work
